What the API does

nabdaq.dev uses a dedicated Queryfill project to turn property-search language into proposed structured filters. Live interpretation currently covers an initial UAE English and Arabic schema; the broader filter catalog describes planned vocabulary and is not a promise that every field is supported today. Suggestions come from a separate local catalog. A result may be incomplete, ambiguous, or wrong; check it before using it in a product or decision. The service does not provide property listings, property advice, or a guarantee that any listing matches a filter.

Accounts and keys

Provide accurate name, email address (personal addresses are welcome), and domain details, then verify your email. Keep your API key confidential and use it on your server, not in public client code or repositories. You are responsible for activity using your key. You can revoke or replace it in your dashboard; a replaced key stops working when the new one is delivered.

Free access and fair use

The public playground allows up to 100 searches per IP in a rolling 24-hour period. A new verified key starts with 1,000 parses and 10,000 suggestions per day, resetting at 00:00 UTC. Live inference still depends on the monthly operating budget and infrastructure availability, so the available number of parses may be lower. Admins may adjust individual limits. We may change limits, revoke keys, or block accounts to protect the free service, control costs, or respond to abuse.

Do not create accounts through automated signup, create multiple accounts to evade limits, attack the service, share keys publicly, submit unlawful content, or use the API to process information you have no right to submit. Automated API calls are welcome within the published API limits. Avoid sensitive personal information in queries.

Availability and changes

The service is provided without an uptime commitment. We may update the parser, filter catalog, API behavior, or these terms as the product develops. We will post material changes on the site. If a change does not work for you, stop using the service and revoke your key.

Responsibility

You are responsible for how your application uses API output and for giving your own users appropriate notices. To the extent permitted by applicable law, nabdaq.dev is provided as available without warranties, and we are not responsible for losses caused by reliance on an inaccurate or unavailable result. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
